No two days look the same in this role—but that’s exactly what makes it exciting. You might start your morning coordinating a team-wide update or finalising logistics for an upcoming international conference, ensuring everything from registrations to materials is perfectly in place. As the day unfolds, you’ll switch between managing office operations, liaising with vendors, and keeping procurement and contracts moving seamlessly in the background. By midday, you could be supporting a sales meeting—arranging travel, tracking demo equipment, or making sure the team has everything they need to succeed. Later, you might welcome a new starter, coordinating their onboarding and helping create a smooth, engaging first experience with Tandem. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across regions and levels, organising meetings, capturing key actions, and continuously improving processes to make the team more efficient. Whether you’re troubleshooting, planning, or delivering, you’ll play a central role in keeping the international team connected, supported, and operating at its best.
