Account Manager - Flexible & Hybrid Working

Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00, 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £47,500 - £55,000 and up to 20% bonus and £600 per month car allowance

Flexible – Dealer patch covers South West with a key focus on Birmingham

The main purpose of the role is to create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers and brokers. To attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms to used car dealers and brokers. To ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies.

As an Account Manager at Tandem your focus will be on:

• Creating new used car dealer/broker relationships within your geographical area.
• Managing existing used car dealers and brokers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets.
• Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to used car dealers and brokers.
• Offering excellent customer service.
• Attending 121’s and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff).
• Having effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers, brokers and third parties.
• Being prepared to take accountability for your own performance.
• Having excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Researching, digesting, analysing, and presenting material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level.
• Having flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where required to meet deadlines and deal with client queries.
• Having a good understanding of the digital marketplace that exists within the motor finance industry.
• An understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within the motor industry.
