Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £47,500 - £55,000 and up to 20% bonus and £600 per month car allowance
Location: Flexible – Dealer patch covers South West with a key focus on Birmingham
The main purpose of the role is to create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers and brokers. To attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms to used car dealers and brokers. To ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies.

- Creating new used car dealer/broker relationships within your geographical area.
- Managing existing used car dealers and brokers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets.
- Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to used car dealers and brokers.
- Offering excellent customer service.
- Being an active team player.
- Achieving business targets and personal objectives.
- Attending 121’s and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff).

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Can research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Can work proactively and think strategically in a fast-moving environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where required to meet deadlines and deal with client queries.
- Can present to motor dealers and brokers of all size and types.
It would be great, but not essential if you have:
- Previous experience of motor finance, or associated businesses within the motor industry.
- A good understanding of the digital marketplace that exists within the motor finance industry.
- An understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within the motor industry.
