Tamworth Borough Council's Tamworth Castle is seeking a Seasonal Visitor Services Assistant to deliver an outstanding visitor experience across the ticket office, shop, welcome desk, museum engagement, events and private bookings.
Reporting to the Castle Manager, you will engage with visitors, maintain displays, assist in reception and shop duties, stock replenishment, and castle patrols to ensure safety and brand representation of Tamworth Castle.
