- Support the effective billing, administration and collection of Council revenues.
- Work with the team on the Council Tax and Business Rates billing processes.
- Provide customer advice and assistance on potential discounts, exemptions and payments.
- Use complex software systems efficiently and accurately.
- Meet tight deadlines while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs grade A-C, or equivalent.
- IT literate.
- Experience in a revenues environment desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer care.
Appointment subject to satisfactory references, right to work in the UK check and medical clearance.
