Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Valuer to join our client’s sales team. As a Valuer, you will play a key role in the agency's success by accurately assessing the value of high-end properties and providing expert advice to clients. You will be responsible for conducting property valuations and market analyses to determine optimal pricing strategies and maximise sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential properties, considering market trends, property features, and comparable sales data.
  • Collaborate closely with sales agents to develop pricing strategies that align with client objectives and market conditions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property valuation, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting property valuation and sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Valuer within the property industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of property valuation methods, market analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate valuation findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Professional demeanour, integrity, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications (e.g., MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer) preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools used for property valuation and market analysis.
  • Full UK Driving License & Own Transport.
