Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as a Sales Negotiator. You will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring a seamless process for both buyers and sellers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to thrive in a proactive environment and contribute to the continued success of the agency. Responsibilities: Booking in valuations & securing business. All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback. Conducting viewing based on office policies & procedures. Registering applicants across the company’s platforms. Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
