Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Photographer/ Videographer to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling instincts, and technical know-how across both photography and video. You'll be responsible for photographing property listings, including aerial drone shots, as well as filming and editing engaging social media content such as Instagram Reels. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually striking content that reflects the company’s brand and connects with their audience. Responsibilities:
- Photograph property listings to a high standard, including internal, external, and aerial shots (drone required).
- Capture and produce short-form video content for social media, especially Instagram Reels.
- Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Capture One, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for promotional content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, video styles, and property marketing techniques.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, including drone usage.
Essentials & Personal Attributes:
- Proven experience in both photography and videography—ideally within real estate, lifestyle, or social media content creation.
- Proficiency with editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One.
- Drone pilot experience and license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Confidence filming in vertical formats for social platforms like Instagram.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your photography and videography work, including drone footage and social media content.
