Assisting the Regional Lettings Manager with the supervision of a lettings team and organisation of the team workload.

Handling landlord and tenant enquiries, problem solving with a view to resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Maintaining accurate records of all lettings activities.

Assisting the team with duties where required.

Ensuring Company compliance with relevant statutory regulation.

Management of personal work diary and that of the team.
The ideal candidate should be Propertymark (ARLA) qualified with a proven and demonstrable successful track record of working within the property management industry for at least two-years., * Proven success in the management of a lettings team.

Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage a large property portfolio.

Proficient in the use of lettings software, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent communication skills and customer facing experience.

Demonstrable, efficient administrative skills to include the accurate handling of contracts and documentation., * Lettings: 2 years (required)

Full-time Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm (one hour unpaid lunch break)
Saturday’s 9am – 4pm on a rota basis of one in four with 30 minutes unpaid lunch. With a day off in lieu the following week.
