The Role
As Growth Manager – London, you will play a key role in expanding our UK footprint by developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and representing Tamimi Consulting in the UK market.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and secure high value leads and new clients.
- Proactively engage with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate entities in the UK looking to scale their operations into the UAE /GCC/Türkiye markets.
- Establish and nurture a robust network of professional intermediaries, including top-tier law firms, accountants, wealth advisors, and family offices.
- Build long-term partnerships with startup hubs, accelerators, chambers of commerce, and investor communities to create sustainable referral pipelines.
- Organize and execute high-value networking events, B2B forums, industry roundtables, and seminars to position the firm as a thought leader in London.
- Act as the primary liaison with Dubai headquarters to ensure a seamless transition of clients and consistent service delivery across borders.
- Represent Tamimi Consulting with authority at high-profile meetings, international conferences, and business forums across the UK.
- Drive local brand visibility by contributing to the firm's LinkedIn presence and engaging in community-building activities within the London business ecosystem.
- Rigorously manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records within the CRM to ensure data-driven decision-making and reporting to management.
Who You Are
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Relations, Law, or Finance is required; an MBA or master’s degree is an additional advantage.
- Native or professional fluency in English is essential for this role, alongside excellent communication skills. Proficiency in an additional language would be considered a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within professional services or HNWI sales.
- Strong network within the London business ecosystem.
- Demonstrated understanding of the UAE/GCC/Türkiye business landscape and legal frameworks.
