- Previous homecare experience is essential
- ValidPMVA, DMI, or relevant care/support certificate
- Experience working withyoung people
- Full Right to Work (RTW) status with no restrictions
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- NVQ Level 2in Health & Social Care or a related qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience supporting young people with complex care or support needs
