The Potted Lobster in Abersoch is looking for enthusiastic and passionate chefs of all levels to join our kitchen team.
Whether you're an experienced Sous Chef, a confident Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef looking to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
We're a busy, well-established coastal restaurant with a reputation for serving excellent seafood, fresh local produce and high-quality dishes in a relaxed but professional environment.
We're looking for people who enjoy cooking, take pride in their work and want to be part of a friendly, hardworking team.
What We're Looking For
- Chefs of all levels, from Commis Chef through to Sous Chef
- A genuine passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a professional kitchen (level dependent)
- A willingness to learn, develop and contribute ideas
