- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, health, and food safety standards
- Manage front-of-house inventory, order supplies, and support daily cost controls
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
- Proven management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
- Legal right to work in the UK OR eligibility for UK Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship
Experience:
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
