The Role
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will learn every aspect of the lettings process while working alongside an experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Assisting with tenancy negotiations and agreements
- Marketing properties across leading online portals and social media
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Supporting local business development and canvassing activities
- Learning current property legislation and compliance requirements
