We require experienced Support Workers to work on a one-to-one basis with our clients within their own homes on a long-term basis.
The key skills we are looking for are:
- A firm understanding of person-centred care and planning
- Compassion and patience, with an understanding of dignity
- A flexible approach
- A willingness to undertake all mandatory and any additional training required to suit the needs of the client
- Excellent communication skills
A car driver is essential due to locations and the needs of the clients.
