Role Purpose
Lead the delivery of food and drink operations within Clydebuilt Bar & Kitchen,ensuring high standards,seamless service,and an outstanding guest experience across every service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality,efficient food and drink operations
- Lead,motivate,and develop large teams
- Drive revenue while controlling costs and labour
- Ensure compliance with health,safety,and food standards
- Support planning,setup,and execution of events
About You
- Experience in high-volume,Restaurant service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially aware with solid financial understanding
- Highly organised,adaptable,and guest-focused
