Tamfol in Harrow is seeking a dedicated care worker to support Carrie with daily living tasks and personal care in a home setting. The role includes assisting with all care aspects and administering drinks and medications via gastrostomy (training provided).
You will join a nursing team, work with day and night shifts, and collaborate closely with Carrie’s parents, Case Manager and therapists. DBS check and parking are provided.
