The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and continued growth of a London-based e-commerce company specialising in synthetic hair products, wigs, hair extensions and related beauty products.
The role involves analysing business processes, sales performance, customer behaviour and operational data to identify areas for improvement and support informed decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include
- Analysing e-commerce sales, product performance and customer trends.
- Monitoring key business performance indicators and preparing regular reports for management.
- Reviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from different departments.
- Supporting improvements to the company's e-commerce systems, website and internal processes.
- Analysing stock levels, product demand and inventory performance.
- Working with sales, marketing, operations, finance and customer service teams to understand business requirements.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems, processes and technology solutions.
- Identifying operational issues and recommending practical solutions.
- Monitoring customer purchasing behaviour and identifying trends that may support sales and marketing activity.
- Assisting management with forecasting, planning and business performance analysis.
- Maintaining accurate reports, documentation and business process records.
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers or service providers where required.
