HRGO is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established, worldwide manufacturing company at their Birkenhead site.
This is a varied role within the Administration & Logistics team, supporting customer enquiries and providing essential admin support to the wider manufacturing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive office administration support through clerical and coordination activities.
- Scan and upload documents into the company system (SAP).
- Check invoices, process them in SAP, and scan/send documentation to overseas office.
- Raise and process sales orders in SAP.
- Create PORs (Purchase Order Requests).
- Schedule outbound orders and support shipping/dispatch coordination.
- Order and maintain relevant office stationery/supplies.
- Provide maternity cover support within the logistics function, including planning and order/shipping admin.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Strong team player with a collaborative working style.
- Experience in logistics, planning, and shipping orders (or similar order coordination).
- Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Some experience processing or checking invoices.
