- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations of residents’ well-being.
- Uphold a clean, secure, and therapeutic environment in adherence to infection control and de-escalation measures.

Your Qualifications:
- Active NMC registration as an RMN (Mental Health Nurse) with a valid PIN.
- Previous experience within care homes, psychiatric units, or equivalent mental health settings.
- Proficiency in mental health clinical skills, grounded in evidence-based nursing best practices (e.g., CPA, risk management, therapeutic engagement).
- Effective communication, fostering strong interpersonal connections with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
