TOGS Mind is recruiting a Community Mental Health Crisis Navigator to join an overnight crisis hub pilot in Greater Manchester. This 12-month fixed-term role involves supporting shift operations, guiding Crisis Peer Support Workers, coordinating crisis responses, and managing safeguarding and escalation alongside partner agencies.

You will bring strong mental health crisis experience, teamwork, and trauma-informed practice to help people access timely, supportive care and reduce escalation.
