Salary: Grade D. SCP 7 £21,320 - SCP 10 £22,362 (Part time, actual salary)
Hours Per Week: 30 hours, all year round
Work Pattern: 6.30am - 10.00am and 3.30pm - 6.00pm Monday to Friday (a different working pattern may be mutually agreed in the school holidays)

The Governors of Livingstone Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and hardworking Site Manager to be part of our dedicated staff team.
You should:
- Be highly motivated
- Have good communication skills
- Be capable of working to schedules and also on own initiative
- Be able to balance regular health and safety checks with daily cleaning, record keeping and maintenance
- Have basic DIY skills and a practical aptitude for general building and grounds maintenance
- Have an awareness of health and safety matters and a willingness to undergo appropriate training where needed
- Enjoy working in a school environment
- Clean to a high standard
- Be able to liaise with contractors and manage external maintenance contractors
Hours are 6.30am - 10.00am and 3.30pm - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. A different working pattern may be mutually agreed in the school holidays. All Year Round contract with holiday allowance to be taken in school holidays.
Duties will include cleaning, security including opening and locking up of school, minor repairs and maintenance as required, lifting and carrying, managing the cleaner, liaising with external contractors such as window and carpet cleaners and gardener, conducting regular health and safety checks as per the schedule including fire alarm checks and the legionella draw through.
Previous Premises Management experience would be an advantage.
