The Role

In the Leaving Care team, you will play an important part in our continuing commitment to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our care experience young people. You will have the opportunity to lead the Pathway Planning process and support our children and young people to aim higher and to achieve their aspirations.

About You

With excellent knowledge and understanding of the duties placed on the Local Authority for care experience young people, you will have a comprehensive understanding of pathway planning processes and partnership working in supporting young people to make successful transition to adult life. You will have the knowledge and understanding in delivering high quality support, advice and guidance in line with the corporate parenting principles, the Children Act 1989, Volume 3 and the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000.
