About the Role
We are seeking a versatile individual to work with NAFN’s Membership and Communications Manager and the Leadership Team during a period of significant service improvement. We have exciting and ambitious plans to transform the service and we are now entering the development phase where it is critical that members and key stakeholders are engaged and supported on the transformation journey and beyond. NAFN is a national organisation hosted by Tameside Council. It is one of the UK’s largest shared services providing data, intelligence and best practice to support criminal and fraud investigations across the public sector, including local authorities and other government agencies. Working closely with Central and Local Government and third party data providers we continue to develop and improve our services to more than 480 organisations with over 16,000 users. These numbers are expected to increase as we move forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining effective communication with users and stakeholders
- Developing online surveys; analysing and reporting on responses
- Maintaining and further developing the CRM system
- Supporting the development, promotion and organisation of conferences, focus groups, webinars and training events face to face and online
- Working with and providing day-to-day support to the Membership and Communications Manager
