To start February 2026, Midday Assistant full-time. Salary £24,413. The role is permanent, part-time 5 hours per week, Term Time Only with an actual salary of £2,902 (Grade A Point 2).
Arundale Primary School are seeking to appoint a midday assistant to work as part of a skilled team in helping to make lunchtimes safe. We are looking for a caring and friendly person who would enjoy working with children. Experience would be desirable but not essential.
Employees of Arundale Primary School have a responsibility for, and must be committed to, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and for ensuring that they are protected from harm.
The proposed timescale for the selection and interview process is as follows: Applications close at 12:00 midnight on Sunday 4th January 2026, although the Trust reserve the right to close the process early if suitable candidates are identified through our selection process. Interview date to be confirmed.
