The Role
As a key member of the HR Team, you will provide high quality and effective business support in relation to the employment and development of staff within the organisation and provide an efficient and responsive customer service dealing with enquiries and requests for information.
Supporting operational colleagues working with the HR team, you will deliver a high quality and effective service, you will work to strict deadlines to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
The Council is working in an agile way and the role will be hybrid. You will have a mix of working in a council building to carry out your role as well as some working at home and connecting with others virtually.
About You
You should be friendly and courteous, with excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated, organised, flexible, have an enquiring mind and possess excellent communication skills.
You will have the ability to use ICT systems and handle highly sensitive information.
The successful candidate will receive on the job training and career development and will build up knowledge and develop many transferable skills.
