The Role

We are looking for a leader for early help and family help who can lead our established early help services, from early years; our family hubs; right through to our targeted youth provision.

Leading the implementation of Families First reforms that will grow to include our multi-agency safeguarding front door.

The successful candidate will be pivotal to our improvement agenda, ensuring that we improve the difference we make to children by getting the right support to families at the right time, delivered by a skilled and tenacious workforce.

They will have the energy, confidence and passion to drive high standards and an ability to bring partners and colleagues with us.

Working with the Director of Children’s Services, and the wider senior leadership team, you will contribute to a sustainable and enduring turnaround of services, building a service offer for the future for all children and families in Tameside.
