Reporting to the Head of Development and Major Programmes you will be responsible for delivery of Tameside's economic and business growth agenda through developing and implementing a range of programmes and initiatives in partnership with the private sector and other key national, regional, Greater Manchester and local stakeholders. You will lead the delivery of the Tameside Means Business events, attracting inward investment and retention of key employers.
About You: You will be educated to degree level. You will have significant experience of working effectively in a range of multi-agency and partnership settings and joint delivery of complex economic growth and business support projects. You will have a detailed understanding of legal, procurement and financial issues relevant to the delivery of economic growth, inward investment and business support. You will be able to work at pace with enthusiasm engaging with and influencing stakeholders.
