The Role: This could be the role for you! We are looking to appoint a Team Manager Live Well to manage a team of Commissioners who focus on the Commissioning of provision for those 18 - 65. You will be line managed by the Service Unit Manager, Commissioning & Quality who will directly oversee and embed the strategic priorities improvement and performance of the Providers within the Live Well areas of work, that sit in this work stream.

About You: We are looking for highly motivated, energetic people with great interpersonal skills and the capacity to forge excellent relationships and effective multi-agency working. This role is key to ensuring we have high quality services commissioned & delivered to the people of Tameside. You will be driven to ensure the best for our residents and will be committed to involving them in coproduction along with partners to enable a fully comprehensive approach to commissioning. You will have excellent communication skills, written skills and knowledge of data systems to record information on processes and systems that support quality. The post is a minimum two - three days office based and the remainder hybrid working.
