We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver/ operative to join our team. This full-time position involves the logistical assistance to the construction and maintenance of our footways & carriageways, contributing improvement of our local infrastructure.
We\\\'re looking for a physically fit individual with proven experience working on highways and operating HGV\\\'s highway plant and machinery. A full understanding of relevant health and safety regulations is essential. You\\\'ll be enthusiastic, motivated, and well-organised, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The ability to work effectively within a team is crucial.
Requirements
- Competence in operating highway plant and machinery (in which applicant is trained)
- Full understanding of health and safety requirements
- Full UK driving licence (Class C 1)
- CPCS training would be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
