Hours Per Week: 36 hours including weekends and Bank Holidays, Sleep-In duties as and when required

Base Location: Dukinfield Town Hall, King Street, Dukinfield, SK16 4LA

The Role:

  • As an enthusiastic and motivated individual, this is a great opportunity to take that first step into management and develop your supervisory skills as an effective operational manager, leading, developing and motivating the team.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational supervision of a team of support workers.
  • You will also play a key role in providing packages of care and delivering quality services in line with legislation.
  • You will be expected to lead, develop and motivate team members and work towards delivering person-centred services.

About You:

  • You will have experience of current issues in Health and Social Care with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • An extensive training programme supports the post, this includes CQF3.
  • With a commitment to ongoing professional development and the opportunity to fulfil your potential.
  • You should have previous experience of working within a Health and Social Care setting.
