The Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support children and families in an Out of Hours role. You will champion this and play a pivotal role in embedding systemic practice across the service. You will be the senior decision‑maker on shift, providing expert guidance, high‑quality assessments and calm leadership during fast‑moving and often complex situations. You will hold responsibility for safeguarding decisions, managing risk, and ensuring that children receive the right intervention at the right time. This role requires thriving under pressure, thinking clearly in crisis, and bringing both compassion and authority to every interaction.
