You will work proactively in partnership with the Directorate Management Team and key stakeholders to develop forward looking, directorate focused strategies and plans that enable effective service delivery, continuous improvement, and transformation aligned to Tameside\’s strategic outcomes.You will be part of a professional, enthusiastic and motivated HR/OD team, working alongside Business Partners, wider HR/OD colleagues and supported by (and providing line management to) Assistant HR/OD Business Partners, offering expert advice, driving improvement and enabling our services to thrive.You will need substantial professional experience and proven capability in the field, supported by a relevant CIPD qualification.
