We are recruiting 5 Partnership Link Worker positions to strengthen Tameside’s early help offer.
As a Partnership Link Worker, you will work closely with partner agencies across Tameside Borough Council to support the early identification of needs for children, young people and their families. You will provide consultation and support to partners and to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
You will play a pivotal role in supporting agencies to undertake Early Help Assessments, hold meaningful Team Around the Family meetings, and develop high quality support plans for children, young people and their families.
As a Partnership Link Worker, you will support the Senior Practitioner and Early Help Team Manager in quality assurance, delivering training and team development.
This is a key role in ensuring that support is offered to children, young people and their families at the earliest opportunity.
