Tameside Council is recruiting a Social Worker for the Children with Disabilities (CWD) team in Droylsden.

You will undertake assessments, coordinate services and work with a multi-disciplinary group to deliver targeted support to disabled children and their families.

You will operate within the Heart of Support Practice framework, championing the 5 Cs—Compassion, Curiosity, Collaboration, Conversation and Courage—while developing systemic approaches across the service.
