The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused individual to join our Employer Support team. This is an excellent chance to deliver exceptional service to employers, members and stakeholders.
About You
As Employer Support Officer, you will:
- Develop employer relations and provide support: Act as a liaison with employers, guiding them on data submissions, resolving discrepancies, improving data quality and fostering strong working relationships.
- Support the delivery of objectives: Assist your Team Manager in meeting the objectives set for the Employer Support section.
- Determine priorities: Manage and monitor your own workload, completing tasks within allotted timescales.
- Data Processing: Undertake data processing tasks, update and manage member data, ensuring records are complete, current and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the review and enhancement of operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery and share knowledge and best practices.
