The Role
The role of business support worker will be a varied role promoting good customer care to families who contact the children with disabilities team. Duties will include input/extraction of information using the children's electronic recording systems and dealing with general enquiries. The role requires the raising of orders within the procurement system in the CWD team with input and reconciliation of the invoices received in CWD.
About You
You must have good communication skills, numeracy and literacy, and be competent in the use of a wide range of technology including Microsoft packages. Must be able to work independently, be a good team player, and have proven organisational skills. In return, you will be part of a large supportive team.
