Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Public Protection Team. The team deals with the administration and enforcement of a diverse range of requirements including Licensing, Environmental Health, Housing, Environmental Protection, Trading Standards and Health and Safety. We are seeking to recruit a proactive, highly motivated individual to undertake the daily administrative functions across the team. Working as part of a team you will assist in the continuity of administrative support to meet the varied service needs of the business, possess previous administrative experience including excellent verbal, written and IT skills and have high regard to the importance of customer satisfaction.
You will be flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that the highest standards of customer care are maintained in all aspects of service delivery. You would be required to assist officers and managers in the effective delivery of the regulatory services in accordance with the policies and guidelines as agreed by the Council and with regards to current legislation.
