What You'll Bring
- Experience operating as a Strategic HROD Business Partner within a complex organisation.
- A strong track record of influencing senior leaders and shaping workforce and organisational outcomes.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation and service improvement programmes.
- Strong organisational development, workforce planning and change leadership expertise.
- The ability to build trusted relationships whilst maintaining the confidence and professional courage to challenge constructively when needed.
- Experience using workforce insight, data and evidence to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work across organisational boundaries and deliver sustainable outcomes.
- Excellent coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills.
