To lead on and manage a varied and vibrant Market Events Program including specialist markets and events across town centres such as Ashton, Hyde, Mossley and Stalybridge. To assist where necessary with Market Operations ensuring that all set priorities are met and delivered. This is an opportunity for a driven and self‑motivated individual to join our markets team. You must relish change and challenges and be familiar with both delivering and managing events. You must be an active problem solver and be able to bring creative ideas to the table and actively participate in discussion and planning of events.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Market Events Program and collaborate with place‑based teams to grow and develop the events offer within the borough.
- Assist market operations to meet and deliver set priorities.
- Participate proactively in event planning and discussion, bringing creative ideas to the table.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated, driven, and able to relish change and challenges.
