St Thomas More, a successful and oversubscribed college, is seeking to appoint a self-motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a team of cleaners. You will help supervise the work of the cleaning staff and allocate tasks accordingly, along with responsibility for your own area. The cleaning team, as part of the wider site team, is responsible for high quality effective cleaning services to ensure a secure, safe and hygienic environment for all building users.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, receipt of two satisfactory references and the successful completion of a six-month probationary period. As part of our safer recruitment process, we will conduct an internet search of all shortlisted applicants and retain any evidence of identification on file for the successful applicant.
