The Governors of the Heys Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic well organised Administrative Assistant to work as part of our busy school team. Being the first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors, you will be required to be an excellent communicator with an approachable friendly manner.
You will possess excellent clerical experience and a working knowledge of school-based software including Microsoft Office Word and Excel; knowledge of Arbor and ACCESS would be an advantage. Hours of work will be 8.30am - 4.15pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday term time only.
