What you’ll do:

  • You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles.
  • Take responsibility for your quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meet learner needs.
  • Assess learners' progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.

What you’ll need:

  • Enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.
  • A Degree in the relevant subject area (2:1 or above desirable).
  • PGCE or equivalent qualification, higher degree or recognised professional qualification.
  • Meet LLUK standards for teaching and supporting learning and have evidence of current Continuous Professional Development.
