Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles;
- Taking responsibility for your quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meets learner needs;
- Assessing learners’ progress in College or on work experience and devising assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated with literacy and numeracy to at least Level 2;
- A degree in the relevant subject area (2:1 or above desirable), PGCE or equivalent qualification, higher degree or recognised professional qualification;
- Meet LLUK standards for teaching and supporting learning and have evidence of current continuous professional development.
