You will lead, supervise and work with the team of technical supervisors, ensuring that work is allocated equally and the demands of the department are met. We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individuals, with a relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent coupled with a thorough knowledge of the relevant curriculum area, and the ability to perform a senior technical support role contributing to the effective learning and supporting technicians within the hair and beauty department. You will provide physical, technical and administrative support and should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. English and Maths at a Level 2 or equivalent.
