We’re looking for an MIS Manager to come and join us on our journey to outstanding! Here’s the standard bit: Tameside College is seeking an individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in the provision of high quality timetabling, learner data and funding compliance, reporting to the Director of MIS & IT. In supporting the team and wider College, the postholder will understand the funding rules, learners' eligibility for funding and maintain up to date knowledge of the Funding Guidance and ILR (specifications and support manual) and data collection requirements for further education. This knowledge will be shared with members of the team which they manage in the efficient delivery of the MIS service, which will include the effective maintenance of the ILR and review of PDSAT’s and FRM reports.

What you’ll need: We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual with Maths and English to at least Level 3 and an appropriate Level 4 or above, in management or customer service or equivalent relevant professional experience. Previous experience of working in a similar role and working within MIS and Student Records is essential.
