About the Role:
As a Finishing Operative, you’ll refine and perfect each sink by hand, preparing it for the next stage of production. Following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), your finishing touch will add to the legacy of our world-class products.
What You’ll Do:
- Precision Finishing: Hand-finish clay sinks to exacting standards, ensuring they are ready for curing and spraying.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop advanced finishing techniques and strive to minimise waste.
- Team Collaboration: Work with your team to meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Record Keeping: Accurately complete daily finishing sheets.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all health and safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace.
- Versatile Contribution: Support other production tasks as needed.
