Are you an experienced, skilled, and reliable3.5T Delivery Driverswith a passion for the fast-paced environment of logistics? This is Temp to Perm Opportunity after 12 weeks of work.
Look no further! Our Dartford-based company specialising in food distribution is on the lookout for a dedicated professionals to join their team. This is for an Immediate Start.
Key Requirements
- Full UK license is essential with no more than 6 points
- Multi Drop Experience & Knowledge in the London and Greater London area
- Ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods
- Checking all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Delivering great customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Completing vehicle checks on a 3.5T Refrigerated vehicle and reporting defects to the fleet controller
- Helping the customer unload their order, providing a loyal and helpful service
- Collecting orders from customers and suppliers as needed by the Purchasing team
- Ensure compliance with regulations for a seamless and safe driving experience
- Using a PDA scanner to pick customers orders.
- Ensuring your vehicle is clean, tidy, and fuelled up ready for the following day
Pay rate
ÂŁ13.61 per hour
Working Schedule
- Early Morning Starts: Start Times are between 3:30am to 6am
- Working 40 hours per week with a minimum 8 hours shift per day
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Working 5 Days Out of 7 (Including working some weekends)
Delivery Locations
- Drops will be in London and Greater London area
