Your Mission
Support the modernization of applications within the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES) by developing, sustaining, and integrating secure software solutions using C#, .
NET, Blazor, Razor components, SQL, and related technologies.
This role will initially focus on production application development and support, with a planned transition into SAP ABAP development and enterprise integration responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and sustain mission-focused software applications that support Navy maintenance and modernization objectives.
You will work with technical teams, stakeholders, and Agile delivery partners to translate requirements into secure, maintainable solutions while expanding into SAP ABAP development and integrations over time.
- Develop and maintain production applications using C#, . NET, Blazor, and Razor components.
- Build reusable user-interface components, application services, APIs, and database integrations.
- Work with SQL, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and relational data models.
- Translate requirements and technical designs into secure, maintainable software.
- Write unit, integration, API, and automated UI tests.
- Troubleshoot defects and support application deployment and sustainment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Complete SAP ABAP training and progressively assume SAP development assignments.
- Support integrations between . NET/Blazor applications and SAP.
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs, interfaces, enhancements, reports, and related SAP objects.

Requirements
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant software-development experience.
- Proficiency with C#, . NET, Blazor, Razor components, and ASP. NET Core.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
- Experience with source control, debugging, automated testing, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and secure coding practices.
- Ability and willingness to learn SAP ABAP and enterprise SAP development.
- Must be a U. S. citizen.
- Must possess an active Secret clearance.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying and supporting production Blazor applications.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, SAP integrations, CDS views, OData, or Fiori.
- Experience integrating external applications with SAP.
- Experience supporting Do D, Navy, maintenance, logistics, or shipyard systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery practices.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.
- Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and similar resources.
- Must be able to frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in professional communication settings.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually.
Final compensation will be determined based on job location, the candidate’s years of experience, education, certifications, active clearance status, specialized technical qualifications, market considerations, and applicable contract requirements.
