Due to very high work volume and our company expanding, we are looking for roofers to join our family run company based in Wickford (Essex). All of our work is based in the London area; the candidate must be able to get themselves to sites when required. Our company is looking for polite, punctual, well‑presented and hardworking candidates.
We are looking for roofers for well‑paid price work. We expect our roofers to earn between £350‑£500 a day on price work. It’s totally uncapped—you can earn as much as you like per day. We have long runs of work on large projects.
Responsibilities:
- Felt and hot melt work
- Axter, IKO, radmat or any tickets preferred, but a roofing qualification and or NVQ required.
Working hours: Full time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shift, plus plenty of overtime and weekends available. We want people who have the get‑up‑and‑go and who want to earn good money. For this we require the best workmanship and a professional attitude. We will never cap your price work.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in working with flat roofs and roofing systems
- Proficiency in insulation techniques
- Experience and confidence in working at height
- Skills in waterproofing and ensuring durability of roofing materials
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols
- Valid certifications or training in roofing or construction are a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
